The whole farm has electric fencing and gates, the gates are operated by cell phones. All the houses have alarms installed. Farm has extensive additional barbed wire surrounding the entire farm.

8 Fully trained, experienced, and knowledgeable staff members (4 at Macadamia, 4 at Citrus) are willing to stay and to continue working on the farm should the Purchaser wish to re-employ them. The Seller will terminate all existing employment agreements in line with labour practices. This will ensure a smooth transitioning of employment.
