Ukhozi Lodge is situated at the Twistdraai Central Mining Complex, only 12km from Secunda. The Eskom Kriel and Thutuka Power Stations are located within a radius of 50 km of Ukhozi Lodge.

This results in enormous upside potential to fill the accommodation at other intervals, increasing the gross annual income exponentially.
In addition to that, the function venue of the facility is also underutilized and has upside potential.
